About the Alumni Association Board of Directors
The University of Colorado Denver Alumni Association is guided by a volunteer board of directors. The board is comprised of fifteen to twenty-five alums including a president, four vice presidents and up to twenty directors. Each of the seven schools and colleges on the Downtown Campus appoints one member to the board. All other members fill at-large positions. Board members serve three years.
By setting guidelines, determining policy and establishing the bylaws under which the Association and its various programs operate, the Alumni Association board provides the guidance, counsel and vision that helps direct the volunteers and staff of the Office of Alumni Relations in their service to the Denver Campus and its alumni.
Board Meetings
Alumni Association board meetings are held six times per year. Committee meetings are held monthly, or as needed, depending on the scope of work and tasks required to fulfill committee goals and objectives.
Schools & Colleges Alumni Boards
In addition to the University of Colorado Denver’s Alumni Association, the Denver Campus schools and colleges provide specific information and events that are unique to their alums.
