Annual COI Declaration is Due
Conflict of Interest and Commitment process
Any person listed on a protocol as a PI, co-investigator, coordinator or student must submit a conflict of interest declaration to the UCD Conflict of Interest and Commitment office.
If a person listed on the protocol has previously declared a potential conflict of interest that relates to a protocol being submitted then the individual concerned must update their conflict of interest declaration prior to submitting to COMIRB.
Process for UCD faculty or employees:
This declaration can be done electronically.

Process for non-UCD faculty or employees:
A COI declaration must be submitted to the UCD Conflict of Interest and Commitment office even if the individual has already conformed to their institutional policy.
The COI declaration must be completed electronically in accordance with the instructions on the form below. NOTE: You must have a POI number before you can access the electronic system.
