Project Re-budget Request Form - Effective May 1, 2013
This message is to let everyone know about a new form to be used when requesting a budget change on any Fund 30/31 speedtypes/projects. Effective May 1, 2013, all budget change requests must be made by completing the Project Re-budget Request Form
. The Form and Instructions
are located on the OGC Website under the Award Adminstration Forms
subheading. This improvement and process change is the result of an external audit concern. Please contact your postaward accountant with any questions.
