The Electronic Research Administration team operates within the Research Administration Office to configure and implement the InfoEd eRA system.
The ERA team has responsibility to:
- Analyze business processes
- Develop efficient electronic procedures
- Test applications and upgrades
- Provide faculty and administration training and documentation
- To communicate to the CU Denver |Anschutz Medical Campus
Elizabeth (Betsy) Collins, MSCIT
Assistant Director of Electronic Research Administration and Project Manager, InfoEd Systems
Betsy oversees the implementation and use of the InfoEd Grants module, among other duties. Betsy has 20 years of experience in Higher Education, with 14 of those years in Information Technology. Prior to joining Grants and Contracts, she worked for 2 years as an Applications Consultant for SunGard Higher Education. Betsy also worked for 15 years at the University of Colorado Foundation, most recently serving as the Director of Technology and Reporting Services. Betsy holds a B.A. in Music from the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.S. in Computer Information Technologies from Regis University.

Data and System Analyst
Arnauld Kao is the data and System Analyst having responsibility for OGC data reporting, application testing, OGC’s website maintenance, and some of the InfoEd eRA Proposal Tracking module management. Prior to joining the OGC team at CU Arnauld has worked for 6 years at Dish Network as a business and operations Analyst. Arnauld holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Metropolitan State College of Denver.
Jordan Dietrich
Application Support Analyst - InfoEd eRA
Jordan Dietrich provides support to principle
investigators and department administrators for the University of
Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus. Jordan earned a Bachelor's
degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in International
Affairs and attended a post-graduate program at the International
College of Hospitality Administration (ICHA) in Brig, Switzerland.
Jordan has 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry in a wide
varity of positions and 9 years of experience in software firms,
including system design, quality assurance, installation, training and
technical support.

Module Administrator
Cheri Schmidt is Module Administrator having
responsibility for managing and overseeing the ongoing use of InfoEd eRA
for Sponsored Research and Regulatory Compliance. Cheri has 13 years
of experience in information technology. She has worked for the
University of Colorado in technical roles for 6 years. Cheri holds a BA
in Phychology and a MS in Information Systems from the University of
Colorado Denver.

Mary’s role as Business Analyst supports the rollout and use of the Electronic Research Administration (ERA) application. She provides training, support and liaison between academic departments, OGC PreAward and ERA. Mary has extensive pre- and post-award management, budget development and administration from several universities, including the University of Colorado since 1991, University of Hawai`i, Manoa and Oregon Health and Sciences University. Mary holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University.
