Application to the Program must be made through a high school liaison. Applicants should ensure that the liaison submits the following materials/credentials:

Admission Forms:

1. A University of Colorado Denver Non-Degree Application Form; Non-U.S. citizens must attach photocopy of VISA or permanent resident card;
2. A completed Application Packet including:
• Student General Information Form,
• Counselor Recommendation Form, and
• two Teacher Recommendation Form; and
3. An unofficial copy of the student's high school transcript.

Students should be advised that no application will be considered if it is incomplete. Completed applications should be turned in to your high school liaison.
