  • Environmental and occupational lung carcinogenesis, specifically tumor promotion
  • Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), particles, and heavy metals
  • Innate immune system in mouse and human lung inflammation and tumorigenesis
  • Innate immune system in ozone-induced lung injury and inflammation
  • Chemoprevention of lung cancer
