Tuition includes EBHC 2012 Workshop registration, course materials, and meal, break and reception functions associated with the workshop. Food and beverage functions may or may not include alcohol as a part of the event. All prices given in US Dollars. |

Group Discount: applies to 3 or more participants from one organization. Each registrant must complete a registration form. |

Government/Resident/Fellow Discount: applies to individuals with primary appointments at VA Medical Centers, Federal Government agencies (NIH, AHRQ, USPHS, etc.) or military service |

Scholarships: we do not have scholarships available through the workshop, however please let EBHC staff know how we can assist participants with their application for funding to attend EBHC. |
Cancellation and Substitution Policy |
Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty. Please contact EBHC staff to update registration information. Cancellation follows the schedule below: |
