The Graduate Student Development Series is an opportunity for current graduate students in the HBS Department to get together with members of differerent cohorts, recent graduates and faculty members for informal discussion sessions. The sessions offer an opportunity for students to discuss a variety of questions or concerns related to the nuts and bolts of being a PhD student. Past and future topics have addressed issues related to being a graduate student, entering the job market, work-life balance, and a variety of other topics. Each session has a particular topic and guests are chosen accordingly.
Session times and subjects vary by semester based on class schedules and student feedback. If you would like to find out how you can help, or to suggest a topic you would be interested in talking about, contact Stacey McKenna at Stacey.Mck\Kenna@ucdenver.edu.
Thank you to the students, faculty and staff members who have helped make these sessions possible!
