Teaching Assistantships: The Department of Integrative Biology hires teaching assistants for laboratory and recitation courses. Teaching Assistantships are available to all Biology MS students; however, priority is given to students in the Biology MS Research (thesis) track. Individual Teaching Assistantships and the associated stipend is determined based on the number and types of course(s) taught. Students applying to the Biology MS program who want to be considered for a Teaching Assistantship must complete the teaching section of the Biology MS program supplemental application (available through the University application system). Students already in the Department of Integrative Biology should complete the Teaching Assistant application and recommendation forms.
Research Assistantships: Individual faculty in the Department of Integrative Biology may offer Research Assistantships.Students interested in a Research Assistantship should contact their individual MS Program Faculty advisor for more information.
