Students have access to our reference library, including guides to writing a thesis or dissertation, style manuals, grammar handbooks, composition textbooks, and more. We also offer a wide selection of handouts that provide a quick overview of topics such as paragraph structure, literature reviews, commas, and more. In addition to individual sessions, the Writing Center also provides free workshops where students can learn about various writing concepts, such as thesis statements and revision strategies, and participate in activities to develop their writing skills in a group setting.
Also available at this location are couches, tables, computers, and an ADA-accessible workstation. Students can stop by and write, study, hang out, or just relax with a cup of coffee.
