TechMatters 2014: Connected Learning for Social Justice
Join us for an inspiring week of learning, connecting, hacking, and playing.
Using Ernest Morrell's book Critical Media Pedagogy: Teaching for Achievement in City Schools as a guide, we will explore how connected learning can promote social justice.
In the mornings we'll discuss the Morrell text together and learn about new tech tools.
The afternoons are yours to make, hack, and play. You'll have time to develop curriculum and lessons that serve your students.
Tech Matters is a supportive and empowering workshop open to all K-16 educators and administrators. No prior tech experience is necessary.
