The Accounting Services Office is responsible for providing accounting services to administrative staff of the University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus. This office provides customer service; coordinates external financial reporting; prepares management financial reports; provides technical accounting and fiscal policy guidance to campus departments; reviews, approves and archives journal entries; and accounts for campus assets & liabilities.
The university Finance Office is headed by the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Finance and Controller E. Kim Huber and consists of two areas:
· Financial Reporting, led by Deputy Controller Shaun McMullin, and
· Cost Accounting led by Associate Director Nara Shagdar.
