All clinics are walk-in clinics and flu shots will be give on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointments will be accepted.

UCH Badge Holders: Can receive flu vaccine and sticker free of charge at the October 7th, 13th, and 21st clinics. You MUST bring your UCH badge with you to the clinic.

The Occupational Health Program provides services to faculty, staff and students of the University of Colorado Denver Downtown Campus and Anschutz Medical Campus; Medical surveillances, risk assessments and clinical occupational health services are integrated with prevention of occupational illnesses and injuries.
The occupational health needs of the campuses and greater community are met by collaboration between UCD's Occupational Health Program and outside organizations. The goal of the Occupational Health Program is to support a safe and healthful workplace by protecting and enhancing the health and wellbeing of University employees.
There are no fees for most research-related occupational health services. There may be fees associated with non-research related services.
Enrollment in Occupational Health:
If you are a new employee or researcher who will need Occupational Health clearance, you will need to complete the Initial Medical surveillance form (see sidebar on right) and make an appointment to come see us in the Occupational Health Clinic for a one time visit. After the visit, we send a list to IACUC of persons seen and cleared. If you need clinical services such as an updated Tetanus vaccine, we can provide this service at the time of the visit. Please call 303-724-9145 to schedule an appointment for an "Initial Medical Surveillance visit". You must have your Principal Investigator (PI), your ID number, speed type for billing, and department you work in. If you get a voicemail recording, leave the best number for our front desk to return your call. Please call or email us if you have any questions.
