Eat Breakfast & Drink Water

Don’t forget to eat breakfast, because it really is the most important meal of the day. You body is low on the nutrients from sleeping, so getting those nutrients is essential. Also, before you run out the door grab a water bottle. Water keeps you hydrated and keeps you from overeating. Make sure your water bottle is also BPA- Free.
