Stress Management

Having too much stress built up inside can be very unpleasant. Not only does it effect you mentally but also physically and emotionally. It is good for you to spend some time during the week alone or doing something you enjoy to relieve some of the stress that you might be having inside. Some ideas that you may want to consider to relieve stress are :

  • Spend time with loved ones
  • Go for a walk or jog
  • Join a sport activity
  • Listen to music
  • Pick up or continue a hobby that you enjoy
