1

How do I get to talk?

Come to Campus Village and ask to speak with the Let’s Talk counselor. Talks are first-come, first-served so a brief wait is possible and feel free to have a seat or do a provided, fun activity.
2

What will the consultation be like?

The counselor will share about confidentiality and then open it up to your concerns. You can talk about anything, and we will listen, provide support and ideas, help talk through problems, and offer new skills to feel better.

3

 Is it therapy?

Let’s Talk consultations are informal, helpful and can be therapeutic. The talk is often shorter than a regular 50-minute therapy session.
