Order Transcripts

Your transcripts are a record of your academic achievements from the University of Colorado's Anschutz Medical Campus (formerly Health Sciences Center).  The Registrar's Office can provide you with official transcripts through the ordering site below.

Request an official transcript for things like:

  • Official records
  • Licensing application
  • Board certification

Your official transcripts are available from the Parchment document service. Simply create an account and you can place your order and make your payment right there.

Electronic Transcripts:

  • It is the responsibility of the transcript requestor to verify that the recipient will accept delivery of an Electronic PDF transcript before requesting the Electronic PDF transcript. 
  • Transcript requestors and electronic transcript recipients should ensure their email clients will accept emails from; check "junk" or "SPAM" folders for errant emails. 
  • Electronic transcripts are available to be downloaded (maximum of 3 downloads per transcript) for 30 days from date of issue.

Withheld Transcripts

Outstanding financial obligations with any CU campus must be resolved before a transcript can be released. You will be notified if you have a financial hold before you are permitted to submit a transcript order.

Special Handling Requests

Attachments to Transcripts
Attachments must be submitted with the transcript order. Attachments can ONLY be uploaded via the online ordering method.

File types compatible for attachments are: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, eps, cdr, ai, pdf, tif, tiff, bmp, zip, doc, docx.

Transcript Authenticity

The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to the privacy of our students and alumni and provides state of the art authenticity and security of its documents both in paper and electronically delivered transcripts. If you are concerned about the authenticity of your transcript please contact our office immediately.

All official University of Colorado transcripts are authenticated by the following criteria:

Each page bears a preprinted University seal and includes the signature and title of the issuing campus' Registrar. The transcript form will incorporate a background design of the University's seal. The face of this transcript is printed on blue paper with the name of the University appearing in white type over the face of the entire document. Electronic PDF transcripts also bear the Adobe Blue Ribbon Certification and a GeoTrust CA electronic certificate. The authenticity of the transcript can also be verified by the inclusion of the Guide to Transcript Evaluation and Key on the back, the word COPY will appear where photocopied, will stain if contacted with liquid bleach, and will stain bright red if alterations are attempted (anti-fraud toner technology).

How to Check the Status of an Online Transcript Order

To check the most current transcript delivery definitions, delivery status, status of payment, FedEx tracking number, or any other information about your order, please log into the Transcript Ordering Portal.

Unofficial Transcripts

Currently enrolled students can access their unofficial transcript using the student portal (UCD Access) and choose "View My Unofficial Transcript" from the My Academics link in the Student Center. Current students may print out this unofficial transcript on any printer. Unofficial transcripts are not available for former students or alumni. If you are a former student or alumni then you will need to submit a request for official transcripts through the Transcript Ordering Portal. ​Please note: Unofficial transcripts reflect student preferred name (vs. primary/legal); Official transcripts reflect primary/legal name.
