CPR Certification
Adult, infant, child with AED for health care providers is required for all students enrolled in the School of Pharmacy and must be current throughout the program. American Heart Association is recommended. Online courses are accepted if you are currently CPR certified. If you have a question regarding the certification requirement please contact Patricia Meyer or Cindy Subia.

Go to “file a claim” and choose from the menu. If you are unsure of the type of claim please use worker’s compensation.
