The application deadline for Fall 2011 admission has passed. Application information for the Fall 2012 admission will be posted in the Spring of 2011.
All applicants to the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy must submit a supplemental application with a $50 application fee in addition to their PharmCAS application. The form will be available for download on this page in June for the upcoming application cycle. Please complete it in either Microsoft Word or PDF format before printing and submitting it to the School of Pharmacy with your $50 application fee.
The supplemental application and fee must be postmarked by December 1 for general admissions, or by September 1 for early decision. Late applications will not be accepted. For added security, please send the application and fee via a delivery method that can provide you with a confirmation of delivery and tracking number.
