The Belleview Point Clinic is comprised of Nurse Practitioners and Licensed Behavioral Health providers who focus on whole person care. The Belleview Point Clinic Providers work together by attending to all things that may be impacting the health of a patient from head to toe. Nurse Practitioners work with patients to help them find and pursue good options for healthy living by incorporating health promotion, disease prevention, and health education and counseling.
We offer same or next day appointments for most common ailments and services. Please call or walk-in and we will do our best to see you ASAP.

Meet Our Staff
Teri Midgyett, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Teri Midgyett is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. Teri’s experience as a Registered Nurse includes hospital and school nursing, pediatrics and correctional care. After working as a Registered Nurse for seven years, she returned to Regis University in Denver to obtain her Masters of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Teri has worked in juvenile and adult correctional facilities and with seniors in their homes. Teri values the importance of patient education and desires to be an advocate for her patients in order to help them receive the care that they need.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Elizabeth serves as an Instructor in the College of Nursing. Elizabeth earned her master’s degree from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Nursing from Regis University. She is an expert in critical thinking skills, psychiatric diagnosis, medical management, therapeutic communication and direct patient care. Previously, she carried a private practice and worked at the Children’s Hospital of Colorado. Currently, Elizabeth spends the majority of her time practicing at the Campus Health Clinic at the Anschutz Medical Clinic. We are happy to have Elizabeth Waggoner joining us every other week at the Belleview Point Clinic.
Olivia Oleson, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Olivia Oleson has been working in clinical social work since 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University focusing on International Studies with in Human Rights & Social Movements and African American and African Diaspora Studies with a minor in Kiswahili. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work is from George Mason University.
Prior to social work, Olivia worked in international development through non-profits contracted through USAID and the U.S. Department of State. Her projects focused on international education programs that impacted countries around the world.
Since receiving her Master’s degree and shifting her focus, Olivia worked as a mental health outpatient therapist in a Community Services Board in Virginia addressing mental health and substance abuse concerns with varying populations through both individual and group therapy. She also spent a year working with Easter Seals REACH in Virginia as part of a Crisis Intervention and Prevention team for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as co-occurring mental health concerns.
In her role with the Belleview Point Clinic, Olivia partners with the other providers in the clinic to provide comprehensive care for her patients. Olivia provides consultation for the other providers when warranted. Additionally, Olivia provides individual, couples and group therapy for patients of all ages at the Belleview Point clinic.
Maryanne Damiano-Hojnacki, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Maryanne Damiano-Hojnacki is a Family Nurse Practitioner who comes from the Eastern Long Island region of New York State. Maryanne has worked in healthcare since 1974 where she started as a Medical Assistant. Maryanne attended the State University of New York at Ammerman and where she received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
While raising her three children she later achieved a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida.
Maryanne has spent the majority of her nursing career in Emergency Trauma and Pediatrics in New York State and Orlando, Florida. Maryanne moved to Denver, Colorado three years ago. While in Colorado she has worked with a wide variety of patients in both convenient care and primary care settings.
Maryanne spends her spare time painting, hiking with her dog, Lulu, and enjoying spending time with her children and beautiful grandchildren.
In her role at the Belleview Point Clinic, Maryanne provides a wide range of primary care services to all age patients. This includes services not often offered in a primary care clinic such as DOT exams, suturing and eventually casting.
Burdett Rooney, FNP
Burdett Rooney grew up in the New York area. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She then moved on to a more practical specialty, Nursing, and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from American University in Washington, D.C. After working in a variety of different hospital based areas of nursing, Burdett returned to Georgetown University where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Burdett has practiced in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, the Emergency department, Neurology, Cardiology and In-patient medicine. Burdett also spent extensive time serving as a Medical Officer for the Peace Corps. During that time she lived all over the world in various countries. Burdett loves the Denver area finds herself fortunate to have her children and grandchildren nearby. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking (with her dog), reading and skiing.
Burdett is the Clinical Coordinator for the Belleview Point Clinic and Campus Health Center. This role allows her to clinical support the clinical providers. Although, you will see her in clinic providing patient care services from time to time.
