Title

Palliative Care Needs and Nonmotor Symptoms in Parkinson's Disease

Project Description

We have several ongoing projects related to palliative care needs and non motor symptoms (e.g. fatigue, dementia) in Parkinson's disease including studies to better understand these needs, the cause of these symptoms (neuropsychological testing, neuroimaging), improved scales to measure these symptoms and novel therapies (e.g. team-based palliative care, acupuncture, transcranial magnetic stimulation). Depending on where we are on projects and students areas of interest we will try to find projects that are a good match and may be completed in reasonable timeframe.
