Welcome to the University of Colorado Burn Center. As the only certified American Burn Association burn center in Colorado, our goal is to provide comprehensive, competent, and compassionate care of the burned patient. In addition to Colorado residents, our catchment area includes the area from North Dakota to New Mexico, and western Kansas to eastern Utah. Our team of highly trained therapists, nurses, and physicians are experts at managing flame, scald, chemical and electrical burn patients, frostbite injury, as well as soft tissue diseases such as SJS/TENS and necrotizing fasciitis. Our mission is simple, apply state of the art research and surgical techniques from bench to the bedside, thereby providing the highest quality of care for our patients and support for their families.
