This group provides students with ADHD strategies to minimize its impact while pursuing their academic goals.

This group will have a cognitve behavioral focus format:
- The Question (discussion of a topic related to OCD)
- Goal Planning (members set a goal to accomplish during the next week)

The goals of this support group are to empower studens to empower their patients and community as well as to promote mental health. It is an open, conversational group led by faculty-trained student facilitators. Attendees will receive help with personal, academic, and professional challenges such as:
- Maintaining work-life balance
- Interpersonal relationships
- Stress management
- Mental health

The AMC Student Mental Health Service offers psychological assessments to help students determine whether they have ADHD or a learning disorder and/or need documentation of a learning disability in order to receive appropriate accommodations.
