As Director of the Colorado AIDS Education & Training Center (CAETC), my work is on a training grant that includes very limited research activity, most of which is coordinated by a regional program evaluator.  Through the CAETC I have been involved with training related research comparing HIV risk assessment teaching methodologies; health profession students HIV knowledge and attitude; and assessment of clinical care provider HIV knowledge, attitudes and training needs. Outside research activities have included serving as PI on an HIV prevention evaluation project and several years coordinating HIV client services needs assessment for the Denver metro area Ryan White CARE grantee.
