A native Coloradoan and CU Boulder alumni, Ms. Mann has been in the healthcare field for nearly 30 years holding various senior executive positions throughout her career.  Venus relishes a national reputation in many facets of healthcare, including hospital operations, contract negotiations, IPA and Medical group operations, strategic business development and marketing/communications. 

Among her proudest accomplishments is her creating and establishing The Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Colorado Hospital (UCH) in 2002, which is now recognized as one of the most successful complementary and alternative medicine programs in the country.  Ms. Mann created the WISH (Women’s Integrated Services in Health) program in 2006 that’s also housed at UCH, which is one of the most comprehensive and coordinated healthcare services program for women of its kind. More recently, Ms. Mann assisted AF Williams Family Medicine Practice at Stapleton to attain recognition from NCQA as the first UCH clinic to become a Patient Centered Medical Home. 

Venus is the co-Founder and President Emeritus of Gilda’s Club Denver; a percussionist who played with the Colorado Springs Symphony Orchestra for seven years and was nominated as the Woman of the Year in 1983 by the Gazette Telegraph.
