Research:

The main goal of my project is to uncover novel, drugable molecular pathways to treat Acute Myeloid Leukemia and non-small cell lung cancer. I utilize a powerful genome wide loss of function screening method, developed by our lab, to identify “survival” pathways exploited by tumors to overcome the cytotoxic effect of targeted therapies. Lessons learned from these studies have the potential to provide much needed vantage point of attack against these malignancies.
