The Marriott uses UPS, Federal Express/Freight and USPS for all packages. Packages for meetings may be delivered to the hotel no earlier than three (3) working days prior to the meeting date. Any packages received earlier are subject to storage fees and may be turned back if they cannot be accommodated at the Resort due to storage limitations.
The following Handling Fees will be applied by the Hotel to shipments:
- <5lbs: $2.50 each
- 10lbs or Less: $5 each
- 10-19lbs: $10 each
- 20-49lbs: $25 each
- 50-99lbs: $35 each
- 100-150lbs: $50 each
- <500lbs: $75 each
- Over 500 lbs: $100 each
Charges for vendor/exhibitor shipments will be applicable for all packages received.
The following information should be clearly stated on all packages:
