Molecular Pathology

The University of Colorado Cancer Center Molecular Pathology Shared Resource performs clinical-grade sample processing and molecular testing on pre-clinical models and clinical specimens. These services are provided to Cancer Center members for research purposes.

The three complementary services in the Molecular Pathology Shared Resource provide fundamental
technologies for CU Cancer Center researchers, including DNA sequencing, biospecimen evaluation and preparation, and cytogenetics analysis. Having expertise in these molecular research essentials greatly facilitates cancer research in Colorado.

Cytogenetics Service
