Objective:
To better understand the progression and resistance to therapy of melanoma, and thus to find better treatment strategy
Description:
1) To examine the treatment potential of combining a small molecule inhibitor of Bcl-2 family members with conventional therapeutic agents to treat melanoma cells and melanoma-stem cells.
2) To explore the roles of miRNAs in melanoma tumorigenesis and therapeutic potential of miRNA in melanoma treatment.
