The application cycle for the Class starting January 2013 is CLOSED. 

Please note:  Applications are being accepted for the class starting in January 2014.

• The deadline for electronic applications through CAAPID, a service of ADEA, for international programs is February 15, 2013.
• The deadline for paper applications through the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine is April 1, 2013.
• The deadline for supplemental documents and any additional documents to the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine is March 16, 2013.
