Interprofessional Education

The Interprofessional Education (IPE) program at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is a campus-wide curriculum that integrates preclinical and clinical training for health profession students. A leading reason students elect to attend CU Anschutz, the IPE program prepares graduates to practice collaboratively while improving patient safety and health outcomes. Learn more about the IPE program, and the innovative ways it is shaping healthcare.

The Frontier Center

The CU School of Dental Medicine not only participates in the IPE program, the school created the Frontier Center to provide collaborative education in oral health. The Frontier Center, made possible by a gift from the Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation, is part of a unique approach where dental students help educate their peers in other health professions about the importance of oral health and the connection with overall health.
