18 AACSB International accredited MBA/MS graduate-level courses are open to both degree and non-degree seeking students. The Jake Jabs Center takes entrepreneurship from the classroom to the real world and provides hands-on learning opportunities.
The Jake Jabs Center's entrepreneurship curriculum incorporate instruction, mentoring, and support from outstanding Business School faculty, as well as from outside professionals with expertise in new business development. Jake Jabs Center courses explore legal issues, social sector initiatives, new venture design, finance structuring, strategic web development, leadership, new product development and business plan creation.
Students learn from case studies, classroom instruction, and guest lectures featuring successful entrepreneurs and renowned business leaders.
Undergraduate Degree—Entrepreneurship Certificate
A Certificate in Entrepreneurship gives students the ability to
marshal resources to seize new business opportunities which have
uncertain outcomes. The bachelors certificate introduces students to
fundamental entrepreneurial concepts plus provides the flexibility to
allow them to explore specialized areas of interest including
cutting-edge social entrepreneurship, new venture design, finance
structuring, legal issues, leadership, marketing and personal branding,
new product development and business plan creation.

The Jake Jabs Center is pleased to offer Graduate students three specialization options, in Entrepreneurship Studies, Bioinnovation, and Technology Innovation depending on the desired area of interest. All options require the completion of four appropriate courses as indicated in the links below.
Additionally, if you complete the requirements, you
will be awarded an official University of Colorado Denver
Certificate in either Entrepreneurship, Bioinnovation, or Technology
A Certificate in Entrepreneurship gives you the ability to marshal resources to seize new business opportunities which have uncertain outcomes. It is NOT necessary for you to be registered in a Masters or MBA program to obtain this certificate and the only requirement is that you have a Bachelor’s Degree.
