Information on Advertising Sponsorship Benefits

To ensure company logo appears in all pre-event ads, sponsorship must be secured by TBD. Sponsorships secured after TBD cannot be guaranteed logo appearance in all pre-event ads.

Post-event ad specification:

The university must approve all ads prior to publication to ensure the ad does NOT:

  • Contain qualitative language, i.e. “Acme Energy is the # 1 oil and gas producer.”
  • Include a call to action, i.e. “Mention this ad for a discount.”

The ad May:

  • Contain value-neutral descriptions, including displays or visual depictions of the sponsor’s product line or services.
  • State that the sponsor is, “proud to be a ________ sponsor of the event.”
