Stephanie Klein
is President of Experience Factor, a firm she founded in 2004. A Colorado native and graduate of Colorado State University with a master’s degree in Management from Regis University. Stephanie is the past president of the 1,300-member Colorado Human Resource Association as well as the past Chair for the Denver Workforce Investment Board, and a columnist for the Denver Business Journal. She is a frequently sought source for trends and issues related to hiring, recruitment and staffing matters in Colorado; she and the company have been featured by 9News, CBS 4, New York Times, National Public Radio, 850KOA, Denver Post, the Denver Business Journal and ColoradoBiz Magazine. Her firm has been one of Colorado’s Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses (featured in ColoradoBiz Magazine) since 2009.

About the M​oderator 

Gage Chapel
 is a 2015 graduate from the 11-month MBA Program. He is currently a manager in Hitachi Consulting’s Organization Effectiveness practice where he has worked on both business transformation and change management projects. Additionally, Gage has over 12 years of service as a US Army Officer, having spent time in both the active duty and reserve units. In his free time, Gage enjoys trail running with his dog in the Rockies and traveling abroad. ​

Lauren Harris

Joining CU Boulder in 2013 and serving as the Training and Development Manager, Lauren is passionate about inspiring learners to engage with challenging topics. Lauren is well known for her humor and positive energy in the classroom. Lauren has a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Minnesota State University-Moorhead, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Master of Science in Organization and Management from the University of Colorado Denver. Lauren’s training areas include emotional intelligence, Strengths Finder, employee engagement, generations, customer service, trust, conflict, leadership development, and coaching, to name a few. Lauren is certified in Real Colors, DiSC, Crucial Conversation, Crucial Accountability, Leading at the Speed of Trust, Project Management, and The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership. Lauren is also a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).

On a personal note, Lauren enjoys playing the banjo with her husband, Joe and snowboarding in the amazing mountains of Colorado.

Jonathan Bach
​​​​​​ is a 2012 graduate from the Global Energy Management (GEM) Program. With past experience working for an independent power producer and an emerging disruptive energy tech company and now with one of the most respected investor owned utilities, Jonathan has a widespread perspective on the key issues facing the energy sector. Based on that experience, he works deliberately to connect with various subject matter experts across the industry to exchange intelligence insights. Jonathan’s current role at Xcel Energy includes leading Market Intelligence initiatives within the corporate wide Customer Solutions group that are influenced by external trends in the following areas of Grid Modernization, Solar, Energy Efficiency, Demand Response, Electric Vehicles, Customer Experience and C&I Energy Procurement. Supporting real-time intelligence and strategy for Xcel Energy's Senior Leadership, Product Strategy & Development & Strategic Revenue Initiatives groups.

Sue has an Executive MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Regis University.
