The Mountain and Plains Education and Research Center (MAP ERC), a worker health and safety education and research center in the Center for Worker Health and Environment, is one of the 17 centers funded by the Centers for Disease Control/National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (CDC/NIOSH).
Spanning from the borders of Canada to Mexico, the MAP ERC helps to meet the occupational health needs of Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota by developing partnerships, funding research, and educating the future occupational health and safety workforce through graduate programs in the Colorado School of Public Health.
