Mountain & Plains ERC


The Mountain & Plains Education and Research Center, or MAP ERC, is one of 18 NIOSH-funded Education and Research Centers in the U.S. Covering a 7-state region in the wes​t means that collaborating with industry, labor, academia, and government is necessary to reduce the high rates of occupational injuries and fatalities seen in workers in these states. The MAP ERC offers graduate training, research, continuing education for professionals in the field, as well as opportunities for practice and partnership.
