The goal of the TRC is to serve as a resource to all
individuals and groups – parents, early childhood practitioners, early
childhood programs, researchers, and communities – invested in American Indian
and Alaska Native children’s early development, while at the same time serving as
particular resource to tribal Head Start and Early Head Start, and Maternal,
Infant, Early Childhood Home Visitation programs.
