Ming Ma

Statistical Analyst


​Ms. Ma, MPH, MD, is a statistical analyst primarily for Healthy Kids Colorado Survey.  She earned an MPH degree with concentration of applied biostatistics and bioinformatics from Colorado School of Public Health in 2014.  Before that, she earned a MD degree and had been a resident physician for a couple of years in China. Her statistical skills include complex survey data analysis using non-random sampling and multi-stage sampling. She also has expertise in large dataset management including data cleaning, modifying, manipulating, and reporting. Her other statistical experience include univariate and multivariate linear regression, nonlinear regression, such as logistic and Poisson regression, generalized linear models, and hierarchical linear models. Ms. Ma grew up in a northeast city in China. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 6-year-old kiddo and other family members. She also does a lot of figure skating in her spare time.
