How to Apply

​The Office of Student Affairs is pleased to work with you as you begin the application process. Most applicants will use the Schools of Public Health Application Services (SOPHAS) common online application to apply to a program at the Colorado School of Public Health. However because application requirements vary by program, you may need to fill out and submit some additional supplementary documents. For more information, please select the program to which you're applying using the navigation bar on this screen. 

Degree Requirements

Application Costs​

The cost for a SOPHAS applications is $135 for the first school or program to which you apply. Any additional schools or programs you choose to apply to with cost $50 per designation, even if you to those schools or programs in a later application cycle.​
