Most applicants will use the Schools of Public Health Application Services (SOPHAS) common online application to apply to a program at the Colorado School of Public Health. However because application requirements vary by program, you may need to fill out and submit some additional supplementary documents. The cost for a SOPHAS applications is $135 for the first school or program to which you apply. Any additional schools or programs you choose to apply to with cost $50 per designation, even if you to those schools or programs in a later application cycle.
