University of Colorado Center for Faculty Development
The Centers for Faculty Development provides programs and resources to support faculty as educators.

Programs include faculty mentoring, Communities of Practice, lunch and learns, and online learning including a comprehensive course on evidence-based teaching methods.

The Teaching Resources page provides self-paced tutorials on teaching topics and links to external teaching publications.



University of Colorado Academy of Medical Educators
The Academy of Medical Educators provides training and resources designed to enhance educational programs and faculty skills at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Academy Online provides self-paced, interactive training modules focusing on general teaching skills as well as clinical teaching skills.


The Academy of Medical Educators has curated a diverse list of resources including journals, webinars, online articles and blogs. Subjects include active learning in the classroom, adult learning, and preceptor development.
