Eva Warner is a senior studying sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder. She is fascinated with the dynamic relationship between social structure and health outcome of communities and individuals. She is particularly interested in women’s health. She is currently a Resident Advisor; a volunteer for community health on the CU Boulder campus; a site leader for an Alternative Breaks trip heading to Atlanta to volunteer with organizations that work towards reducing teen pregnancy and HIV through women empowerment and clean needle exchange respectively; an English tutor for the housekeeping staff; and a Puksta scholar working as a co-developer of a student group addressing body image on college campuses. She has studied community health in the Dominican Republic. Her community involvement and positive energy are fueled by her passion and drive.
