Global Health Events

The Center for Global Health coordinates and participates in monthly, annual events and outreach opportunities.

Indonesia is coming to the Center for Global Health!  May 19-21, 2015, the center is hosting a delegation of collaborators from the Universitas Padjadjaran to discuss further collaboration in reseach and education.

June 8, 2015 the Center for Global Health will host a memorial on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in memory of Warren Berggren, MD, a global health pioneer and friend of the center.  For details, contact Molly Terhune at

The Center for Global Health, in partnership with Centura Health, will be hosting on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus a two day Essential Care for Every Baby Course on October 1 & 2, 2015.  Save the Date!  Registration to open this summer.

The 2015 Global Health & Disasters Course will be held on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.  November 9 - 19, 2015.  To learn more about the course, click here.

Public health officials from across the Americas converged on the Anschutz Medical Campus May 10-11, 2012 for the first Pan American Vaccine Safety Summit, aimed at creating new ways of delivering immunizations safely. Learn more.
