MOC Part IV
QI projects can be done by individuals, a group of individuals, or department.
Below are links for each step in the process and instructions for completing
those steps. If the QI effort is already underway, some steps may not be applicable. We strongly recommend completing the CUSOM MOC Part IV Pre-Review Form, in order to provide the project team with guidance for assuring that their approach to the QI project is consistent with CUSOM requirements for granting credit.
Because the process for obtaining MOC Part IV credit can seem complex, it is strongly recommended that before applying for MOC Part IV credit the applicants discuss the project initially with the CUSOM MOC Program manager.
