The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences (CLAS) welcomes your interest in our master’s and PhD programs. As the largest school on UC Denver’s Downtown Campus, CLAS offers a resourceful and supportive environment, with 16 master’s degree programs and specialized concentrations in most fields, as well as PhD programs in health and behavioral sciences, applied mathematics and clinical health psychology.

Graduate work in CLAS

Our graduate students and faculty collaborate on intellectual exploration and professional training, and they primarily work in small classes and seminar settings. Learning opportunities are plentiful outside of the classroom through field work, research opportunities and professional internships.
