Timeline for Applicants to the School of Pharmacy

  • September 3: Early decision deadline. Apply in PharmCAS.
  • August - October: Early decision interviews conducted on campus or via Zoom.
  • October: Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) becomes available. Apply ASAP.
  • August – Januar​y: Interviews conducted and admissions offers made on a rolling basis. Oral Proficiency Interviews conducted online by Language Testing International for select applicants to assess English proficiency.
  • October 18: Early decision applicants notified of admission status.
  • December - February: Complete the Academic Update within PharmCAS
  • April/May: Students who submitted FAFSA by the deadline begin receiving award letters from financial aid office.
  • May/June: Final transcripts with any spring coursework must be sent directly to the school.
  • June 1: Proof of immunizations must be completed, or at least started.
  • June 1: Admissions deadline. Apply in PharmCAS.
  • June/July: Admissions package sent to all admitted students. This contains important information regarding preparing for Introduction to Pharmacy.
  • August: CPR certification must be completed.
  • August: Badging and orientation begins for new incoming students. (Dates to follow)
  • Late August: Financial aid is disbursed and classes begin.
