Matriculation 2019

The School of Medicine welcomed 184 first-year medical students to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in August. The new students received their white coat and a stethoscope to begin their medical career during the annual White Coat ceremony. See photos from the ceremony! 2019 ceremony → ​



Student Groups and Tracks

Students interested in activities that compliment their medical school training can join medical interest groups and community-minded organizations through the school. We also offer five education tracks for students with special areas of interest including urban, rural, global, LEADS and research.

MD Program Curriculum and Competencies

Students who complete the MD degree at CU will achieve the program competencies.. Each block, course, clerkship and thread includes goals and objectives leading to the accomplishment of the competencies. See more about the curriculum.
