Physician Assistant

Jennifer May Cronin completed her Physician Assistant education and graduated from Red Rocks Community College August 2010. She continues to study and prepare for certification exam to become a Physician Assistant. Currently she is working part-time with a mobile medical unit traveling to nursing homes in rural Colorado. She continues to apply for full-time employment as a physician assistant. Although she does admit finding physician assistant rural jobs has been challenging.
Recently, Jennifer flew to Coast Rica for a month long internship to work with underserved people and medical Spanish training, which she hopes will increase her chances of getting a good job. Her desire is to work under a rural physician focusing on home visits for the disabled and elderly.
