PDA Executive Council 2015-2016​

The ​Executive Council of the Postdoctoral Association serves the postdoctoral community and conducts and organizes PDA business and events.

PDA charter ratified by the postdoctoral community in September of 2009.  

Charter amended in August of 2010.

Charter amended in September of 2013.

Jessica Finlay-Schultz, PhD

Dr. Finlay-Schultz earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2010. She started working as a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Dr. Carol Sartorius on a project investigating the role of progesterone-regulated microRNAs in hormone dependent breast cancer and the induction of stem-like breast cancer cells within human breast tumor xenografts. As a senior postdoctoral fellow, she has developed multiple breast cancer patient-derived xenograft (PDX) and cell line models to study the differential roles of progesterone receptor signaling in breast cancer growth and proliferation.

Carol Kiekhaefer, MD, PhD

Dr. Kiekhaefer earned her Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Univeristy of Wisconsin-Madison and her MD from Northwestern University. She is currently working as a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Dr. Carol Sartorius.

Brianna Klein, PhD

Dr. Brianna Klein earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Penn State University in 2010. She is currently working as a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Tatiana Kutateladze's Lab.

Priya Pantham, PhD​

Dr. Pantham earned her PhD in Obstetrics & Gynecology from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2014. She currently works as a postdoctoral fellow under the mentorship of Drs. Thomas Jansson and Theresa Powell. Dr. Pantham applies her –omics skills to investigate the placental mechanisms of adverse fetal programming of adult diseases in maternal obesity and undernutrition.

Hannah Hathaway, PhD

Dr. Hathaway earned her Ph.D in Pharmacology from Georgetown University in 2014. She is now working as a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Wendy Macklin's lab.
