International Student Orientation


All new international students in F or J visa classification, including any transfers from other institutions within the U.S​., are required to complete the online Orientation course.  Th​is is requir​ed to better prepare a student so they can be more successful in their time at the University of Colorado Denver and Anschutz Medical Campus.  See the information below:

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Undergraduate students are required to complete the online orientation course.  After admission and completion of the immigration clearance form, new students will be notified how enroll in the online orientation course.  This course is required for all students.

Graduate students are required to complete the online orientation course.  After admission and completion of the immigration clearance form, new students will be notified how enroll in the online orientation course.  This course is required for all students. 

Often Graduate Students will also have an additional orientation with their individual departments.  They will need to contact their school or department.

 Anschutz Medical Campus Students (Fall 2019)

ANSCHUTZ MEDICAL CAMPUS STUDENTS

ONLY FOR COLLEGE OF NURSING, COLORADO SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH, SKAGGS SCHOOL OF PHARMACY, SCHOOL OF DENTAL MEDICINE, SCHOOL OF MEDICINE & GRADUATE SCHOOL PROGRAMS.

Students that complete their programs at the Anschutz Medical Campus in one of the schools/colleges above are required to complete an in-person orientation session to be held August 2019.  This orientation session is required for all new international students.  Further information regarding date and time of the orientation session will be sent by email directly to incoming students from isss@ucdenver.edu.

Often Graduate Students will also have an additional orientation with their individual school/college/program.  They will need to contact their school/college/program for additional information. ​​
