UHL Chancellor's Ambassadors

UHL Students Volunteer For Presidential Visit

The UHL Chancellor's Ambassadors Program provides an opportunity for UHL students to give back to the University.  Chancellor's Ambassadors serve throughout the year as student representatives of the Chancellor's office at a variety of University events such as commencement, homecoming, and new faculty receptions.

On October 26th, this UHL volunteer opportunity took a national turn as a group of UHL students (pictured from left:  Kevin Johnk, Deandra Walker, Kaysie Walter, Jennifer Mayo, Itzel Gourmelon and Adam Blair; not pictured: Tamara Lhungay) had the opportunity to serve as ushers for President Obama's visit to the University of Colorado Denver campus.    UC Denver Student Government President and 3rd year UHLer  Ronson Fox (last on right)  joined other students on the stage with President Obama.
